We buy proprietary small chicken breasts and teres major cuts for our carne asada to ensure a tender texture and rich flavor. We also prepare all our vegetables in-house, making sure they are freshly chopped to be enjoyed on our salads, tacos, burritos, and bowls. Whether it is making our pico de gallo, guacamole, or pineapple salsa, we do not cut any corners on the freshness and quality of every product we serve!
